I work in media and communications, and I'm currently studying Psychology and Counseling. Understanding people has always been at the center of what I do.

I'm part of the programming team at Real FM, one of Greece's leading news radio stations, and I also work in communications with one of the country's most celebrated artists. Before this, I worked in political communication, where I learned how public narratives take shape and why it's important to communicate with honesty when there's so much noise.

I also host a weekly podcast. It grew out of the idea that there's always a human story behind the headline, the lyric, the campaign. Whether I'm producing radio, helping shape an artist's message, or simply having a conversation, I'm looking to communicate with intention and create space for what's genuine.
